Michael van Eck is Managing Partner and founder of learning partners int and discpartners. He has more than 25 years of business experience with an international background, born in South America, raised in the US and Europe, active on the four continents. With a sales background in the corporate IT Industry, Michael has participated and taken the leadership in various international Sales, Leadership and learning assignments. He is a respected facilitator and coach in the areas of interpersonal relationship skills, team alignment, leadership, workplace effectiveness, trust and intercultural effectiveness.

Managing partner

Reto Wambach is Managing Partner and Director of the Swiss operations for learning partners int. Reto has more than 20 years experience in work life balance, commercial and interpersonal rethoric, Leadership and NLP (master pactitioner). Reto manages assignements with international and local clients, such as Clariant or Raiffeisenbank and certifies other facilitators and coaches in Wiley’s Everything DiSG products. He runs leadership trainings for future foremen. Reto holds a bachelor degree in business administration and has been trained in crisis communication, hypnotherapy, body language and project management.

Passionate about people development, with a degree from the University of Lille in adult learninghe has delivered training with various organisations before joining learning partners FrancePassionate about sports, Pierre-Henri has trained high-level athletics for 10 years and brings his experience in cohesion, will power and resilience to the professional world.

Dominique Van Hemelrijck is Managing Partner and leads the Dutch operations for Learning Partners Int. Dominique has more than 25 years of experience in business, ranging from translation to head hunting, human resources, and communication training. Early on in her career, Dominique showed a real skill in inspiring other people and has used her competence to help others learn and develop their skills in the areas of workload management, interpersonal relationship management, sales and people skills. Dominique holds a Master degree in translation, speaks 5 languages, and also a post graduate in management and marketing.
